6. Pricing and Payment
The current price for our Service is £25 (including VAT). This is a one-time payment for a single will document.
- Payment is required before you can download your completed will
- All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
- We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe
- Prices may change from time to time; the price at checkout applies
7. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Because your will is delivered as a digital document immediately upon payment, we do not offer a money-back guarantee. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your document, please contact us at help@craftmywill.com and we will resolve it promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Craft My Will website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Craft My Will Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide and the will document created for your use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service
